有許多不滿意的地方,就提出我還記得的幾點好了,
洗頭髮比平時來得還要“迅速”
問客人還有沒有癢的地方,客人回答了,員工好像聽不懂,客人再說一次,員工卻當作好像沒發生,自動忽略。
甚至在洗頭時,噴口水到客人眼角(建議戴口罩),不管員工是否知曉,當客人做出反應的時候,員工卻毫無動作。
或許客人沒有提出來,就是客人的問題吧。
當員工問客人有沒有指定設計師,客人指定了,但你們員工當中似乎沒有協調好,就有員工不知情,知道後則說:「那就算了、那就算了..(怒拔插頭)」
或許你很氣,但也不應該在客人的視線內做出這樣反應。
對於這次的經歷,感到非常不好,情緒已波動。

Maybe the guest did not raise it, it was the guest's problem.
When an employee asks the customer if he has appointed a designer, the guest has appointed it, but it seems that there is no coordination among your employees, and some employees don’t know it. When they know it, they say, "Forget it, then forget it... (pull the plug)
You may be angry, but you shouldn't react like this in the sight of the guest.
For this experience, I feel very bad and my mood has fluctuated.
