★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老人家去看醫生要出院，行動不便還要自己接回來。而且為了讓老人家安靜，會把老人家手腳綁起來。櫃檯人員服務態度很差。再者，老人家住在那裡，比起在其他間養老院，不曉得為什麼住院的頻率比較高。還有夏天很熱，白天老人都待在大廳，但是大廳居然沒有冷氣，只有水冷扇，可能因為這樣，大廳濕氣很重、有一股霉味。永祥環境的確不錯，但是服務真的很差。
The elderly have to be discharged from the hospital when they go to see a doctor, and have to pick them up by themselves if they have limited mobility. And in order to keep the elderly quiet, they will tie up their hands and feet. The service attitude of the staff at the counter was very poor. Furthermore, the elderly live there, and I don’t know why they are hospitalized more frequently than in other nursing homes. It is also very hot in summer, and the elderly stay in the hall during the day, but there is no air-conditioning in the hall, only water-cooled fans. Perhaps because of this, the hall is very humid and has a musty smell. The environment in Yongxiang is indeed good, but the service is really poor.
