★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民國98年(2009年) 莫拉克風災與超大豪雨，導致樟湖國小的舊校區外邊坡鬆動，經專家評估後，決議遷校。
民國102年(2013年) ，增設國中部。
民國102年，正式遷校至現址，本校地由長榮張榮發基金會認養與重建，進入樟湖2.0學校計畫，為公辦公營實驗型學校，改稱雲林縣樟湖生態國民中小學。
民國108年，雲林縣政府、誠致基金會、張榮發基金會，樟湖社區共同努力下，進行樟湖3.0學校計畫，引入美國KIPP(Knowledge Is Power Program)學校理念，成為公辦民營實驗型學校，國小部為台灣第四所KIST(KIPP Inspire School in Taiwan)學校，國中部為全台第一所KIST學校。
In 1998 (2009), the Morakot typhoon and heavy rain caused the slope outside the old campus of Zhanghu Elementary School to loosen. After evaluation by experts, it was decided to move to the school.
In the Republic of China 102 (2013), the central part of the country was added.
In 2002, the school was officially moved to its current location. The school was adopted and rebuilt by the Evergreen Zhang Rongfa Foundation and entered the Zhanghu 2.0 school project. It was a public office experimental school and was renamed Yunlin County Zhanghu Ecological National Elementary and Secondary School.
In 1991, the Yunlin County Government, Chengzhi Foundation, Zhang Rongfa Foundation, and Zhanghu community worked together to carry out the Zhanghu 3.0 school project, introducing the American KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) school concept and becoming a public and private experimental type For the school, the elementary school is the fourth KIST (KIPP Inspire School in Taiwan) school in Taiwan, and the middle school is the first KIST school in Taiwan.
