位於縱貫公路旁，距西螺大橋約二百公尺。供奉主神北極玄天上帝，偏殿供奉關聖帝君、福德正神。追溯建宮歷程，應回顧民國五年，由林德生、羅智高、黃嘮等十員，恭請三聖尊（大帝、二帝、三帝）、輪值年爐主、鎮宅供奉俗稱帝爺公會。民國47年善信大德，籌資擇地建宮，聖示為鎮南宮，於民國54年神威顯赫，應另擇地再建，由會員黃萬寶，獻地改建至今。
