第一口一定要先吃鴨骨麵線才能嚐到鴨香與清甜
但麵線本身的麵粉味我實在不是太愛
接著吃鴨肉羹反而覺得很普通
吃了三小塊鴨肉都偏柴
筍子很多但酸味就變重了
再加上又下了黑醋整碗味道大概就變成喜酒宴會有的紅醋假魚翅那道羹湯
也許有點可惜...

北港在地人說：這家是專門賣觀光客的。
現在口味跟以前（上一代）有差，
可能是下一代料理手法沒有全部傳承？
但鴨肉羹麵是好吃的。
