★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/2/7 約14：10至後龍 鑫龍門市兌換大杯熱拿鐵及特大冰美式，熱拿鐵明顯份量未滿，冰拿鐵則手感全熱，幾乎以為是熱美式，於店內飲用不到10分鐘，開啟熱拿鐵，發現奶泡比一般7-11量少，冰美式更是冰塊全無，向店員反應，店員推託照規定做便不想理會，再反應從沒冰塊不到10分鐘便全溶，店員依舊敷衍置之不理，感覺偷工減料意圖明顯，非常不舒服的7-11購買經驗
