1.因設置在醫療院所內，會有ㄧ些比日常更不便利的民眾，但新店員有時對民眾的口氣態度很差
2.因消費族群內部院內員工也占大多數，在尖鋒時段（早上8:00前、中午12:00）常常動線大亂。
3.人員內部常在櫃臺協調不好，機台更換發票也常卡住
4.早班的長髮女性員工，常常對其他同仁口氣差。大呼小叫
