尤其是晚班人員一副無所謂的態度
完全不考慮客人感受
連服務業的基本禮儀 態度都沒有
做甚麼7-11店員

一般回：「現在很忙人手不足」都能諒解，
但店員直接給我回：「我不知道路，我不想送！只有男生知道，現在男生沒上班。」
安安，哈囉？滿臉黑人問號？
我沒有加油添醋哦！
店員一字不漏的這麼說哦！
超級大傻眼，就不能好好講話嗎？
服務態度真的好囂張，
難怪其他評論也是一面倒！
第一次聽到這種答覆，笑得肚子好痛！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我明明乖乖的排著隊的，女店員到我時竟然跳到另一台窗口結帳，但那邊的人都比我晚到啊！
後來另有男店員出來結帳時，這女店員竟然轉頭跟男店員說"她沒會員。"
是憑哪點說我沒會員啊?我就有！
不過我想想還是算了，反正7—11十間店有八間是不會跟你要會員電話的，早放棄了。
I was obediently in line, and the female clerk jumped to another window to check out when she arrived, but the people over there were all arriving later than me!
Later, when another male clerk came out to check out, the female clerk turned around and said to the male clerk, "She has no members."
How can I say that I have no members? I do!
But I think about it and forget it. Anyway, 8 out of the 10 stores from 7 to 11 will not ask you for member calls. I gave up early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度爛到爆，昨天下午去繳手機費完也沒給收據，問說手機繳費的收據呢，店員直說不用收據。下次不會再來這間消費購物。
若真的要給評論的話？我給負評四顆星
The service attitude was so bad that I didn't give a receipt after paying the mobile phone bill yesterday afternoon. When asked about the receipt of the mobile phone bill, the clerk said that no receipt was needed. I won't come to this shop again for consumption and shopping next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5:30那班 瘦瘦高高的店員不戴口罩 被告知後不爽 我買義大利麵要微波 也不幫我微波 也是另一個店員替他拿去微波 態度真的很差 只會在旁邊聊天
At 5:30, the lanky and tall clerk didn't wear a mask and was upset after being told that I asked for a microwave to buy spaghetti, and they didn't microwave it for me. Another clerk also took the microwave for him. The attitude was really bad and only chatted by the side.
