中年婦女的櫃台人員，服務態度非常沒禮貌
我買東西你告知我有沒有I cash可以打折
我拿實體卡片給人員，她說這是悠遊卡
上面明明標示I cash悠遊卡，她卻說這是舊式卡沒有使用，好！這就算了，我付現金
她居然說，小姐你怎麼這麼老氣啊沒有使用app嗎？我說沒有我很少用。
我一定要折扣嗎？我也不需要為了折扣50元讓你們用這樣語氣羞辱，這種對待客人的方式合理嗎？我第一次來此門市消費遇到這種服務人員，我覺得門市是否應該需要教育訓練一下
