★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結帳時女服務員口氣超差，要不我一直在心裏念經，搞得我差點的都要直接打她。
而且結帳時就有說要袋子，結果耳朵好像有點問題，搞到後面袋子也不想買了。
我去過很多家7-11，這家第一次去；但從來沒有見過有一家7-11有辦法，把服務品質搞得這麼低

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 換了老闆換了店員之後素質整個降到最低！去了幾次都是三個店員在但動作還能這麼慢。另外近日去買一杯拿鐵泡好後問我需不需要吸管，我不疑有他想說一直不都是就口杯就說不用，結果回到車上才發現換了一般杯蓋？！為什麼不多一句提示的話！
