★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的是要幫店員伸張一下,剛剛本人有在現場,但看到兩位店員都在忙所以就在後面等待結帳,然後就看到一位客人拿著DM到櫃檯問店員打折的事情,店員忙碌之中回答了那位客人,店員說了兩三次但那位客人好像聽不太懂,(我在後面都聽懂了... 後來聽到店員說如果有問題可以打電話問客服,但那位客人好像覺得這件事是店員應該要處理的。我覺得如果店員講的話自己聽不太懂店員請你打客服問 應該也沒有錯吧 畢竟客服也是處理的管道之一
我常常去這家超商 今天剛好看到這幕,覺得他們被誤解了很可憐來伸張正義一下

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度爛死了的店員!完全不相信上一層的伸張。寄個店到店又不是故意超過40公分,跟金髮馬尾女店員借膠帶,一臉面無表情說我們沒膠帶,我們店沒膠帶。會不會太把客人當白吃?!最後才說膠帶都是店長在保管。
如果有規定不能借就就直接說無法提供,你們店的膠帶是控金的嗎?太誇張了吧!跑回去跟他講還一臉笑臉在滑手機。
沒差啦!開在這麼巷弄的7-11看來是不缺鄰居交關。謝謝你讓我愛上對面的全家。

但我心想我只有訂一個包裹 也有跟女店員說
女店員有溫馨提醒可能是詐騙包裹 不要領!
現在的超商 熱心腸的店員真的少之又少?
