陳	陳寗芸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去這間711要寄交貨便，店員是一個年紀比較大的跟一個年輕人，我跟年紀大的說我要寄交貨便，直接跟我說不能寄，我問原因，他說他覺得我紙箱太大沒辦法，連量都不量，我寄過那麼多次，沒有過這樣的問題，我想說算了那我買一個紙箱，結果跟我說，他沒有賣紙箱，叫我自己想辦法，後來是那個年輕人跑出來跟我說，他們有交貨便紙箱問我要不要，態度也很好老實說假如真的沒紙箱我可以買交貨便紙箱，我從頭到尾態度都很好的問請問有紙箱嗎。請問可以寄嗎，結果年紀大的回覆的都是冷眼加直接說沒有不行，如果沒有年輕人來跟我說有的話，我根本也不知道有交貨便紙箱可以買... 我也做過711知道很累很辛苦，但是對客人的態度跟回覆我也是一百個黑人問號？？？？？ Just now I went to this 711 to send a delivery.
