★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/4下午5:11來買咖啡，看到店裡有優惠活動因為不清楚，所以詢問店員，店員為男性年輕員工，我認為教育訓練嚴重不足，客人客氣詢問，但卻視若無睹，聽到了也不回應，我一度以為是身障朋友，覺得不好意思，後來發現不是，就是態度不佳，店員為蔡豐*，希望這間門市負責人，看到後可以重視員工的教育訓練，不然真的令消費住戶失望！
I came to buy coffee at 5:11 pm on 12/4. I saw that there was a discount in the store. I asked the clerk because I didn’t know it. The clerk is a young male employee. I think the education and training are seriously insufficient. I didn’t respond. I thought it was a handicapped friend and felt embarrassed. Later I found out that it was not because of a poor attitude. The clerk was Cai Feng*. I hope that the person in charge of this store can pay attention to the education and training of the staff after seeing it, otherwise it will really make you feel bad. Consumers are disappointed!
