問題陳述: 於冷凍櫃拿取一盒即期沙拉、即期紐奧良風味鮮蔬烤雞,當下察覺現金不足所以將商品及時放回「冷凍櫃內」並於後方提領現金,領完回去拿取商品時發現店員在討論為何商品擺列並非一開始陳列之方式,當下有告知店員因為自己現金不足所以趕快將商品放回避免影響品質,領完後再拿取結帳 非常抱歉。但江x萍店員卻以質問的態度和讓人不舒服的語氣問我:「所以你還要這些商品嗎?你知道食物放太外面會壞掉嗎?」,但我很確定這些商品我都有放回冰櫃內,因為是我要購買的,且當時拿取這些商品前,我很確定陳列就是放在最外層,難道依照江x萍店員所述,其他客人買最前排的都是不新鮮且損壞之商品?
事情並未因此結束,我默默忍受被責罵的心情,只好不買沙拉並放回冷凍櫃,我跟朋友也沒說什麼,結帳時告知店員我們兩要分開結帳,但店員就把條碼掃瞄器用力的放在桌上以質問的口氣說:「阿是要怎樣分,一個一個分是不是?」接著刷載具條碼也直接大力的往手機敲下去,商品刷完也是大力甩在桌上,請問江x萍店員一定要要故意挑釁意味的詢問嗎?
接著又再次對我用不好的語氣說:「所以你的沙拉是不要了嗎?最後的決定是不要沙拉了是嗎?」,我想請問,我不要買沙拉到底和江x萍店員有什麼關聯?為何一定要用質問的態度,加上個人情緒勒索我們消費者呢?這件事情我很確定我沒有任何與店員起口角的情況發生,都是好聲好氣默默忍受,為何這樣的店員貴公司卻可以批准認可,短短不到十五分鐘的消費,卻大大毀損公司名譽!
這家店剛開時我真的很愛光顧,且原先店員(猜測是店長)的服務態度可以說是超越一般店家,如今江x萍店員自己本身情緒未處理好就上班,將情緒帶入職場的行為非常不可取,本次所作所為已經徹底讓我對貴店失去信心,也不會推薦給親朋好友,讓店員禍害他人!

5/29日11:35進到店內,大夜班的江x萍店員態度極差,冷藏的沙拉拿起來看之後放回去,還站在旁邊繼續看就被她碎念說為什麼要拉出來,解釋說還在挑選,而且商品也還在冰櫃上,她整個臉就臭到不行。
到櫃台結帳,我們什麼話都還沒講,江姓店員就自己口氣很差的解釋說什麼沙拉放太靠外面會壞掉。那不就是最前排的都會壞?大家拿第一個都吃壞的?
這樣還不打緊,默默的忍受,我跟朋友也沒說什麼,結帳的時候告知我們要分開結,就把條碼掃描機用力的放在桌上以質問的口氣說阿是要怎樣分,一個一個分是不是?接著刷載具條碼也是手機直接敲下去。請問我們手上各自拿著東西分開結要怎麼分,一定要要故意挑釁意味的詢問嗎?
短短的不到十五分鐘,從頭到尾我們都好聲好氣的,不知道為何江姓店員要將自己的情緒發洩在客人身上?如果你今天心情不好可以待在家裡或者告假,真的不要再出來禍害一家好好的店!!
