但ㄧ桌近二萬，菜色卻被賓客嫌平凡不夠精緻
場地也太小，舞台不大，主桌幾乎貼近舞台，紅毯很短
辦聚餐還可以，辦喜宴可能會失望達不到五星飯店的期待

都是一盤個人份的方式上菜
但上菜速度很慢
服務人員在上菜與收餐盤時
袖子會直接揮到其他餐盤上面
可能是吃剩的餐盤可能是客人正在食用的餐盤
這樣原本辛苦的防疫流程等於功虧一簣
在人員訓練上需要加強

食材、份量和廚藝都令人滿意，尤其是冷盤裡面的烤鴨異軍突起，令人驚豔。
值得為此再來一趟。
