老闆態度親切、十分健談。這次點了熱的「莉姆藝妓 水洗」，老闆先提供一小杯冰的品嚐，再喝熱的會讓果酸味更加明顯。
A good local coffee recommended by a friend. The type of coffee is very expensive and the price is ordinary. Custom roasted beans are also available.

今月，2021年三月，旅遊台南，再次到烘大師買咖啡豆，這次老板在店，說明很清楚，熱情，專業，也喝了些現場手沖咖啡。當然，買了些不同價格區間的好豆。豆子種類豐富，想了令人開心。
今天，在店點了一款酒香曼特寧品種，手沖，90元，老闆貼心專業的提供冰杯，熱杯。我想，咖啡豆一定開心，有人把她發揮的這麽棒。
In January 2021, traveling to Tainan, from Yanbo to Baoan Road for snacks, passing by the master baker, thinking that the coffee beans at home just run out, maybe it is good to try a new source. That day, I bought Sidamo at a very reasonable price. After I got home, I couldn't wait to make a cup, I could only say that I liked it very much and was satisfied.
This month, March 2021, I traveled to Tainan again to buy coffee beans from the master roaster. This time the owner was in the shop and explained clearly, passionately and professionally. He also drank some on-site hand-made coffee. Of course, I bought some good beans in different price ranges. There are many kinds of beans, which makes me happy to think about it.
Today, I ordered a wine-flavored mandheling variety in the store, hand-pushed, 90 yuan, the owner intimately and professionally provides ice cups and hot cups. I think Coffee Bean must be happy. Someone played her so well.
