★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best noodles with fried fish ever!!! It's called Toutouhee in taiwanese!! Signature food in tainan! The soup is sweeter than in taipei. Local fav restaurant! You can also choose the mixed noodles

Try the TuTuoYuGeng (Spanish Mackerel) first. This is in a bowl with noodles and gravy. Get an additional dish with just the fish by itself. Superb flavor!
