★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘在門口煮麵，很客氣的招呼客人進入店內等候，進了門，滷味廚就放在旁邊，讓客人自由夾。一位客人對同桌的客人說我隨便拿，隨便切喔。我突然領悟為何滷味叫做黑白切。就是這種傳統家庭式的店，沒有連鎖店的標準作業流程，看著老闆娘在煮麵，客人自由夾滷味，我享受了在地的味道。
The proprietress cooks the noodles at the door and politely greets the customers to enter the store and wait. After entering the door, the lo-mei kitchen is placed next to them, allowing the guests to pick up freely. A guest told a guest at the same table that I would take it and cut it. I suddenly realized why lo mei is called black and white cut. It's this kind of traditional family-style store, without the standard operating procedures of chain stores. The noodles are cheap and the stewed dishes are delicious. The store is located near Xinying Railway Station and has a convenient location. However, the store is very inconspicuous and needs to be strengthened.

麻醬沒有芝麻味，個人感覺有點偏花生味
湯頭跟滷味味道沒有很到位
麵煮過頭了
