★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤崁樓一側的街邊店，雖然十月了，台南正午的氣溫仍超過30度，但是用餐區不時噴出水霧降溫，即使熱騰騰的麵食也不會覺得難以入口。
羹湯的湯底微甜，不會甜膩，點的是浮水花枝羹麵，一碗約莫4～5塊花枝羹，看起來比北部稍大，但是一咬下去覺得驚艷，沒想到魚漿裡面包覆的花枝這麼大一塊！是口口都可以吃到新鮮花枝的口感，在北部吃一樣的東西沒看過用料如此紮實。

沒有冷氣，但是有灑水系統加工業電扇
不會很熱，停車不好停就是，機車旁有停車格。

又大又飽滿的花枝，五六塊以上有，吃了一兩塊花枝，羹湯已從濃稠牽絲，慢慢清澈。非常順口好喝。
友人讚不絕口。是會讓人唇齒留香，一再回味的古早味~ ?
