因為不是很餓…. 但看到當歸鴨湯又想吃 所以就跟老婆點了當歸鴨湯、鴨心和滷味 鴨肉吃起來很嫩,湯也有濃濃的當歸藥膳味,喝起來帶一點甜味,不會像有些藥膳湯喝起來雖然有藥膳味卻是苦的,少了食物的鮮甜味。 鴨心雖然切的比較小,但滷的剛剛好,不會太鹹也蠻好咬,且加上薑絲蠻好吃的

當歸鴨不算台南才特有的, 但這家大概是目前我最喜歡的一家, 當歸鴨麵線, 鴨肉不柴、湯頭好喝, 但我最喜歡的還是當歸米血湯, 主要是米血是手工米血, 乾吃或做湯吃都好, 當歸湯底勝過清湯底。 比起鴨肉飯,我更喜歡雞肉飯, 上面有薄覆蓋一層雞肉絲,佐兩片黃蘿蔔, 澆上一些鹹湯汁, 粒粒分明飯粒,每次必點。 我最喜歡點的是就是雞肉飯配當歸米血湯, 其次是當歸鴨麵線。 內臟類也都不錯,處理得乾淨不腥, 滷味也是必點, 軟Q的豬皮、百頁豆腐、甜不辣等, 都是很入味卻不爛, 燙青菜也還不錯, 就是量偏少了點…. 乾米血也是不錯的選擇, 總之小菜真的可以點的相當多, 不算特色小吃, 但卻是我個人很喜歡的一家店, 這麼多年,我只內用過兩三次而已, 就是跟家人出來用完餐還要去別地方才內用, 不然都是買回家, 因為總是滿滿的人,沒位子又不想等, 然後賣完就沒有了, 疫情期間沒有開放內用, 外帶也是蠻多人買的,須小等。 這是2021年8月拍的菜單~~

國華街的人氣美食之一,超好喝的當歸湯是一定要喝的,當歸鴨腿和當歸米血湯都不錯,但鴨腿太晚就沒了,所以常常只剩下當歸鴨肉湯,但也蠻鮮嫩的,假日買要等比較久一點,當歸湯很多地方都有賣,但它家的當歸湯有獨有的特色和口味,很棒的。。。

A friend recommended this place on my favorite street (Guohua) in Tainan for food. They specialize in duck with Chinese herbal soup based noodles. I really like the atmosphere of these old traditional diners and the taste of course was great with tender duck meat and unique herbal flavors.

This place had queue so long i knew i won't stand a chance, so came back after 5pm and it was much easier to get a seat. Upgraded to a duck leg for extra $15 and it was worth it, so meaty and tender. The broth taste of alcohol, but quite mild, so if you don't like the taste of it then order dry dishes instead. Had a side of my favorite blood cake, good texture but quite bland, so be sure to add sauce to taste, if you do order it.
