臘味三寶煲仔飯上頭的肉入味有嚼勁,不會過鹹,屬於比較重口味;窩蛋牛肉肉質相當軟嫩非常好咀嚼,屬於較清淡口味,而鍋粑對我而言真的太硬了……可能是使用長米的關係?(長米本身較無Q度),這點有點小失望,入內闆娘有告知煲仔飯是用生米煮的需等20分鐘,不趕時間的話可以點來試試!

對港式餐廳有好感,就來嚐嚐,老闆說餐點現作會慢一點,選項還蠻多的,但很怕踩到雷,選個較安全的餐點,但感覺上價位貴了點,而餐點呢…還可以「窩蛋牛肉煲飯」旁邊的鍋巴蠻好吃的,但是份量覺得還好,「紅燒肉蓋飯」很一般,燙青菜不苦不澀可能加了蠔油吧,口感很好!烏骨雞湯也很普通,感覺就像一般的飯館,希望餐點能再有點特色。

第一次在台灣吃港式煲仔飯,因為吃過的也不多,只能分享一些簡易的心得,原則上點煲仔飯因為現點現做,所以大概都要等待20分鐘,然後可以要求要不要鍋粑多寡,這次是要求店家做鍋粑多一點,覺得比想像的還要多跟硬,下次應該會嘗試正常。這次餐點是北菇滑雞跟三寶,兩者的味道都還不錯,不會過鹹或是過淡,桌上有醬油可以隨自己的喜好添加,醬油不會過於死鹹,還有一點點甜味。 整間店有台南店家最缺少的會涼的冷氣,這個是非常的加分,另外店家也有提供水,可以跟店家索取,整體態度都非常不錯,是可以再次拜訪的店家。

因為沒吃過煲仔飯,所以特別來嚐鮮一下,用餐環境明亮而且充滿濃濃的香港氣息,感受不錯。 我們點的是窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,因為有每人低消140,所以又再加點一個湯,煲仔飯可以視個人口味斟酌加調味料,我覺得滿好吃的,而且也算是吃的飽的,單價看似高,但是肉很多又很嫩,滿值的。 再來要說說這個湯了,一碗75,可能是真的集結各種精華而成的一碗湯,但我打開時,腦袋跟湯的內容一樣,一 片 空 白 ,就只有湯跟一塊薄薄的雞肉而已,愛喝湯的可以嘗試,但期待有料的建議請往飲料部走,我自己覺得錢花得心很痛啦。 低消其實真的不用特別限制的,因為大家吃完就走,不像咖啡廳一樣待很久,這點讓想淺嚐的遊客卻步。

店家附近有數個收費停車場,建議把車子停好再走路過來店家。 本次是經由朋友多次推荐,店內的裝璜充滿著滿滿的香港風情! 煲仔飯點餐後才會開始製作,用餐的客人要有點耐心,點餐時老闆娘對每桌客人都會不厭其煩的說明!! 另外煲仔飯的鍋粑量在點餐時也可以告知並做調整。 煲仔飯部份跟香港當地吃過的相較之下,除了比較沒那麼油之外,其餘味道真的是一模一樣,是值得再訪的好店家!
