★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご主人がとても圧の強いマシンガントーク（英語）で説明してくれます。たぶん、「焙煎烏龍茶は最初熱いお湯を入れて飲まずに捨てるんだよ（洗茶をするんだよ）」と言っていました。ここの焙煎烏龍茶は本当に美味しくて、雑味も渋味もえぐみも一切ないです。言われるがままにオススメを買った方がいいと思います。
Your husband explains with a very strong machine gun talk (in English). Probably, "Roasted oolong tea is said to put hot hot water first and throw it away without drinking (I am doing wash tea)". The roasted oolong tea here is really delicious, and there is absolutely no taste, astringency or fish. I think that you had better buy recommended as it is said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの炭焼き烏龍茶は、台南で唯一残る、手作業で炭焼きしたお茶。個人的に台湾で一番おいしいお茶だと思う。
台湾に住んでいるが、ほぼ毎日このお茶を飲んでいる。このお茶専用の茶壺で淹れている。
ネット通販などはやっていないみたいなので、台南に住む友人に頼んでまとめて買って送ってもらっている。
店主が高齢だが、まだまだ元気で炭焼いてくれることを願う。
The charcoal-grilled oolong tea here is the only one remaining in Tainan that is charcoal-grilled by hand. Personally, I think it is the most delicious tea in Taiwan.
I live in Taiwan, but I drink this tea almost every day. It is brewed in a teapot dedicated to this tea.
I don't seem to do online shopping, so I asked a friend living in Tainan to buy and send them in bulk.
The shop owner is old, but I hope that he will still be healthy and charcoal grilled.
