1. They do not allow you to check the inside of the facility. We went to the 2F to see the gym, and asked the front desk guy, who is very puny, told us we are not allowed to see the equipment unless we buy the ticket.
2. Pool was clean, but they do not allow little kids to have water bench unless you sign up for the class.
Customer service simply is horrible and they are not pleasant at all.
I wish they can improve, but I highly doubt it...
