★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行程安排很差還臨時把飯店更換成較低擋次的 結果還辯解是同等級的 服務不專業 不過導遊還不錯 這兩顆星是給導遊的 本來根本連一星都不想給

在出發前一天下午5:30才在line群組通知,還只是在line群組裡面po張照片,到7點半才打電話正式通知,隔天又要8:00登船?
1. 越南跟石垣島+那霸旅行價格本來就有落差了...飛機飛沖繩只要1個半小時,飛越南要2個半小時,而且原定是在越南過夜並享有海上跨年煙火,截然不同的行程,況且冬天的那霸和石垣島根本就跟淡季的墾丁一樣,冷冷清清...然後狂吹海風這樣
2. 我們換的越南盾怎麼辦?越南網卡的費用也是,還有晚上去ATM換日圓的匯損呢?
3. 如果要選石垣島就坐高鐵基隆出發了,為什麼還要在海上多晃兩天?
4. 12月30日抵達石垣島的時候狂風暴雨,當日根本沒有什麼遊玩
5. 為了維護受損的權益,有代表和旅行社協商,但旅行社方面一直說要走法律程序,沒有誠意解決
6. 整體而言,對於Costa的服務還有品質是滿意的,但是對於旅行社行程安排是0顆星,無奈Google只有一顆星可以選...如果再給我一次機會,我會選擇別間旅行社...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天我一個人帶著三位有年紀的長輩出國,他們三位都是第一次出國,有許多不懂的地方都要我帶著走流程。我就是擔心我衣個人應付不來才選擇跟團,沒想到那位導遊劉X倫面對我家人在旅程途中詢問時,都不愛搭理,最後兩天我們被帶到一家免稅店買東西,我們家人沒有買很多,加上在巴士沒有購買劉X倫的零食,他對我們家態度更差勁,完全沒再理會我家人,連我第一時間在LINE問他日本泡麵能不能帶回來台灣,他就說不行有肉,後來我們在機場和我家人有吵架,因為我有在社團上詢問,有些人前幾天也從日本回來,他們也帶了泡麵是可以過海關,後來我媽就問導遊說泡麵真的不能帶嗎,他用撇了一眼的態度說自己負責,然後就迅速從我們面前離開,連幫我們詢問都不肯,還那種一副不可一世囂張的態度,連我媽第一次出國的人都來問我說:「阿倫是不是不喜歡我們?我們是不是當時要跟他多買一些零食?」。明顯就是導遊第一時間知識不足連幫忙到日本機場櫃檯詢問都不肯,我們又不是沒付導遊費,一個人也要付1250元,四個人也是要5000元。沒想到卻得到他這種服務品質,真的是很失望。重點不是泡麵的問題,我大可直接丟掉就好了,重點是對待我家人的態度是這樣讓人很不愉快。
