剛買時..時間到就打電話來說要更換濾心..你們什麼時候方便啊… 現在用幾年了..連一通電話也沒有! 還要自己打電話去..然後變成等公司安排好時間才能來更換濾心!有時還要等一個月才來.. 現在的藉口..因為疫情關係.. 疫情還沒開始就這樣了..還牽拖疫情! 我們也不是說花錢最大啦.. 只是既然花錢買機子了..當然希望喝水有品質啊! 希望貴公司可以多替顧客上想一下! 機子不是幾千元..保養也不是幾千塊!

去年9月份經門市人員解說購買濾心花了4仟多(4點)請清山淨水的技師人來酸洗,一邊酸洗一邊説要我再花錢簽4年約公司再把機子帶回去大保養,心想不妙,結果才用了3個月,果然水量愈來愈小而且出來的水充滿了白色雜質,索性擱置不用,今天打去客服説明情況,客服聽完直接問我所以你現在要怎樣?口氣有夠差,查個資超慢停頓久候後跟我説要安排技師過來至少要先付300車馬費,除非來時有再消費其它超過這個費用,問我還要不要?那就是説,來時我要隨意讓你砍費用,老子就是有錢,也不想當冤大頭啊⋯⋯真的是後悔當初花了一萬多元買下千山淨水的機子,後面要一直燒錢保養什麼的,還不如提水一個月才花你不到100元,要買淨水器的朋友真的要三思啊

當初對於千山淨水這品牌充滿信心,買入高檔機型一口氣簽下七年保養合約,一口氣付了七萬多塊,就在這次保養時,換濾心前技師測試水質與機況都沒問題,換完濾心水跑不出來,打電話回公司反應居然跟我們說需拆機回店處理,還得付費2100做大保養維修。我當初簽七年約沒贈送大保養,現在機子保養時出問題還要消費者自認倒楣,而且壞掉的時間是技師正在我家保養中,不是消費者自己弄壞機子欸,這是做生意的方式嗎?重點是我感受不到公司誠意,來電跟我討論時說公司會拿出誠意來解決,結果技師拿機子回來裝錢還是依然照收,原來這就是滿滿的解決誠意。本身在意的不是錢的問題,而是遇到問題公司的態度,毫無誠意誠信可言。對於貴公司的處理方式與態度,未來不會想再使用貴公司任何產品,更不會推薦使用,只能說這種服務我傻眼,奉勸想考慮該品牌的消費者請三思。 今天總公司已回電給我,態度良好願意來處理當時的問題,對老客戶而言的確有心要來改善服務品質
