今天店裡糕點種類不多…不屬於華麗花俏型糕點…今點了英倫伯爵千層與我在深藍吃到的千層蛋糕口感是非常不一樣,深藍的千層口感在口腔中會有一層層的感覺(有麵粉感較硬些),西菲斯的千層則是軟的綿密感,重點不會太甜,個人蠻喜歡的!型男老闆Rlco告訴我烘培糕點是自己看書鑽研二年多所研發出(買許多烘培書籍),真佩服他對“事”的執著與恆心毅力…逐夢踏實實踐自己所熱衷的“烘培”事業!!?

派皮溼潤,夾層奶油應該是馬斯卡蹦 奶為較重但整體偏膩,上層為栗子醬,淡淡的栗子香~

底層為覆盆子果凍,酸味較重但剛好中和掉甜點的甜膩,上層慕斯球外層是玫瑰,建議一口吃下,層次感分明但卻完美融合,玫瑰跟覆盆子真的是甜點的不敗經典搭配❤️

底層為草莓慕斯,上層慕斯球為葡萄慕斯與藍莓果凍夾層,吃的到淡淡的水果香氣,但吃不出層次感,整體清清淡淡

當收到的時候我們大家也是驚呼連連想說天啊也太美了吧!
千層蛋糕與巧克力花園的味道都非常的棒
但我覺得最美中不足的地方在於已經兩個蛋糕都已退冰1.5小時卻還是非常難下手難切
尤其是巧克力花園讓我們這些外行人切 真的是切一個掉一個啊?
巧克力花園的餅乾底是最難切不過卻是最好吃的
所以整體會讓人覺得很可惜
下次一定要好好找時間直接去貴店品嚐!
