今天點了圖片的兩種咖哩,分別是紅酒燉牛肉、唐揚雞。加點了炸豬排、溏心蛋、無糖綠茶。 餐點部分: 炸豬排中規中矩,麵衣有酥且不卡油。但厚度較薄,當然每個人的期望值不同。但至少我覺得厚度可以再厚些,與120元的價格匹配。 唐揚雞好吃!這是今天餐點值得讚許的部分。 至於紅酒燉牛肉咖喱,我想我是失望的。至少與我在家自己做或是其他餐廳是有落差的。不覺得有紅酒帶出的酸味抑或是番茄月桂的果香等等。當然每家配方不同,但我覺得與唐揚雞的咖喱底,差異不大。牛肉口感有軟,但不能稱上是入味。雖然店員強調「熟成」的口味,其實可以再思考怎麼樣讓可以更美味的呈現,或許特色才會出來。 餐廳風格: 整天的定調感覺像是走日式風格,咖喱調性溫和,但是在特色感覺上就不夠有什麼記憶的點。 掛畫、鹿角蕨的確加分,特別吧台對面是有金色的話,真的很美。環境整潔、冷氣也很亮。但音樂店家應該納入經營的思考。至少在氣氛很棒的店吃飯,整場的王心凌的睫毛彎彎眼睛眨呀眨的歌曲是令人感到違和的。 服務人員的部分: 除了要提點點餐人員有另外加點,沒想到最後的無糖綠茶還是沒有點到。手邊也無單據可以確認,只有店家知道到底點了什麼。 令我感到不解的是櫃台的點餐,整家店只有一組客人,單色單向的菜單,配上店家提供的紅筆,理應不應點錯或者是漏點。我想,應該有什麼方式可以讓整件事情更好。

Restaurant style: The tune of the whole day feels like a Japanese style. The curry has a mild tune, but the characteristic feel is not enough to have any memory points. Hanging paintings and staghorn ferns are indeed extra points, especially if there is gold on the opposite side of the bar, it is really beautiful. The environment is clean and the air-conditioning is very bright. But the music store should include management thinking. At least eating in a restaurant with a great atmosphere, the whole scene of Wang Xinling's eyelashes curling and blinking and blinking is a song that feels contradictory. Part of the service staff: Except for the ordering staff to add some extra points, I didn't expect the last sugar-free green tea to be ordered. 路過別錯過新店來品嚐一下,抱著嚐鮮不在乎價格偏高,因為居酒屋三個字本來就有低消的準備,進餐廳覺得乾淨溫馨,但剛要選擇坐下時,裡面人不多,但桌子沒人卻沒擦乾淨,有點小失望,就在後桌移動,很好⋯這桌是乾淨的,那感覺都很好! 店員很親切⋯菜單有小巧思手寫感,一切都很好,點了期待的紅酒燉牛肉跟炸豬排咖哩飯,外加點唐揚雞跟可樂⋯滿心期待? 第一道來的是唐揚雞,雖少但帶著雞皮的微酥脆感,醃製的有入味,軟嫩極佳,讓我為之一亮,更期待主餐的到來⋯但是⋯⋯⋯⋯ 紅酒燉牛肉我不得不說,就我對燉牛肉的理解,這道有點雷,以280元的價格來說,牛肉我看起來沒幾塊是塊喔!都碎散了,要說是噸到爛還說的過去,但肉真的很老,這道我真的不推。 配菜的巧思很好,但覺得不像是當天煮的蔬菜,吃起來像是冷凍過的花椰菜?跟玉蜀黍,這又再讓人失望了喔! 另外我看到別的評論的燉牛肉照片中的肉跟我的比,我真的有傷心,我的肉真的很少,我比對我的炸豬排我都覺得無法接受呀阿⋯ 但豬排是真的也很可以點,豬排對得起這個價,肉厚又嫩,雖然肉沒什麼味道,應該是怕搶了咖喱的味道,搭著吃是好吃的喔!切面真的很吸引人,粉嫩粉嫩的⋯喜歡吃炸豬排咖哩飯的可以來試看看! 要上覺得牛肉燉肉真的對不起這個價錢⋯其他我是覺得都可以接受!
