I like the pig kidney, it is well executed. The celery duck intestine is also worth eating if you miss the good old days. Like what everyone says the snail is very small plate - the photo we took is based on mid size not the small sample. Refer to the picture of the oyster that is small plate which is hardly enough of even 1 person. The price is reasonable here so just order and enjoy a local delicious meal!
