外皮薄脆內裡軟嫩，
但約莫2分鐘左右
外皮薄脆的口感就消失，有些可惜；
豆腐本身會在灑一些些胡椒粉，
淋上微甜醬油膏，沾點蒜泥，
鹹鹹甜甜的?
辣味泡菜，不辣也不酸甜，
辣椒醬偏甜不太辣。
臭豆腐也有素食的選項！
