上午來到安南區安和路客戶家蓋章,離「蔡家當歸鴨店」非常近,被陣陣當歸香氣吸引前來消費。見二位女老闆忙碌處理外帶單,默默拿著點餐單填選當歸鴨腿麵線55元,鴨肉飯65元,一份米血35元,二塊油豆腐10元,價位上蠻親民。當歸鴨湯頭覺得鹹了點,越喝越覺得鹹又渴的,鴨肉飯是以簡餐方式呈現,配菜有筍干蔬菜,筍干味道過甜,飯上頭怎會是淋肉燥呢?通常吃到的鴨肉飯上頭是鋪上鴨肉絲並淋上鴨油&紅蔥酥,覺得淋肉燥使得味道非常不搭,油豆腐也覺得鹹,米血綿密又Q,可惜上頭又是淋肉燥,使得味道很走味,越吃越覺舌尖喉間好有“負擔”。吃完午餐趕緊至對面超商買瓶綠茶緩衝負擔。
