事情發生是這樣的 下午2點多跟接電話的小姐確認完價錢700匯完款連繫後 5點多另一名小姐打來說我沒匯到運費130的價錢 說我們以前配合過應該都會知道要再加運費130 加上運費的價錢我不如直接在我隔壁的塑膠材料行買就好 還比較優惠 所以我直接請他退款不用寄貨 結果那小姐說貨已經收走了 沒辦法退款 要我再匯130 我不願意 之後他又說那還是他先把貨先扣下來 我說隨便 他就掛掉電話了 想想不對 他說要把貨扣下來的意思是不是貨不給 錢也不退 我又再撥了通電話回去 詢問現在這件是要怎麼解決 你貨扣下來 那錢也不退 打算想怎麼處理 後來才說要我再匯款70 剩下他們會吸收 這件事情才這樣處理完 這是事情的經過 這樣子的處理方式很讓人無法接受 今天沒告知我需要加付運費這都無所謂 什麼叫做我應該要知道報的價錢要再加上運費的價錢 我又不是領你們薪水的 何況我還確認好幾次 沒算到運費打來通知也不好聲好氣點 口氣像是我欠你錢 何況出貨前沒先確認款項 反而打來先怪罪我應該要知道 結果變成我必須變相的被強迫加價 連取消的機會都沒有 再來 他最後說可以扣貨 那是不是表示他原本就能把貨取消不出 但就是不想退我原本付的700 然後再拿扣貨不退款逼我不付錢都不行 處理事情是這樣的方式 對消費者完全沒保障 只能變相接受
