After deep fried the small piece of meat then add salty sweet kind of flavor in them. Easy to finish the dish. Very cheap but yummy kind of traditional Taiwanese restaurant. The cafeteria sells noodles and dried pork rice, which are fried meat called brittle meat and sweet and spicy seasoned meat. The pork has a unique texture, but the chopsticks go on. The wonton soup I ordered together was also delicious. Their specialty is deep fried pork, cui rou. After deep fried the small piece of meat then add salty sweet kind of flavor in them. Easy to finish the dish. Very cheap but yummy kind of traditional Taiwanese restaurant.
