★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷汁及酸菜還不錯，可以接受（個人口味），但是刀工完全不行，豬耳朵、腱肉、豆干等應該要切薄片的，員工只是剁成幾片就算有切？這是吃過滷味攤第一次遇到這種切法的，誇張！員工訓練待加強！
青菜部分雖然便宜，但份量過少，建議要吃青菜的買滷汁回家自己煮比較划算！
