k	kenken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 查看網路評價還不錯~ 11/13下午去電詢問電瓶更換報價費用，告知廠牌(Nissan)/車型/cc 數，但接電話的服務人員(男生年輕人?!)感覺專業度非常不足，報車型英文發音他聽不懂沒關係，我一字字拼單字唸給他聽，說要查一下，等了一下.... 又問我nissan的中文廠牌是甚麼... 這讓我非常的無言... 專營汽車電瓶的店家怎麼還會反問客人很普片的國產車廠牌中文叫甚麼名字.... 而且基本的汽車廠牌不清楚就算了，通話中電話那頭還傳來嘻笑的聲音,觀感真的不佳... 希望能加強專業度，不要嚇跑上門的客人..
