湯頭好喝，怪不得生意很好~
但口味對我來說比較淡(還加了胡椒粉.辣椒)
蛋黃不是全熟，下次去就知道要先告知老闆全熟！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家的湯頭是老闆每天用整顆豬頭骨洋蔥等熬出來的，不像一般的鍋燒是用粉調出來的，他的湯真的好喝
這家料不多，應該都是貴在湯頭
