第一次吃到沒有沙的煎魚腸,處理超乾淨 聽說老闆每天到兵仔市場補貨 新鮮賣完就沒了,還好當天有吃到❤️❤️

傳統在地小吃。煎魚腸。就是為了這個來的。店面並沒有招牌。但是有將餐點做個牌子在正面可以看。 內用只有裡面三張桌子。旁邊一張桌子。並不算多。需要香菜、辣椒在門口可以自己取用。 今天是衝著煎魚腸來的。但是還是要來點肉燥飯跟魚肚湯才會飽的。 魚腸原本就是較有腥味的食材,但是老闆可以把它煎的恰到好處。也是一種特殊技能吧。 用餐完付了錢。老闆還會禮貌上要請一根香菸。呵呵。謝謝他的好意。
