★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 109/4/27冰箱壞掉請師傅來修，但今天又同樣問題故障，打給客服，客服說今天禮拜五沒辦法能來維修，而且我們六日休假，要我們很急去外面找其他廠商，經詢問換修的商品沒有保固嗎？才告知應該有，但又說找其他廠商的話就沒保固，要就等他們來維修⋯
我能理解師傅需要排程，但問都沒有區域，就直接回覆說今天沒辦法或是要我自己去找其他廠商來維修又說不負責保固，是否有點自相矛盾的回覆⋯？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網上爬文蠻多推薦三洋媽咪樂洗衣機，但自己的經驗實在很差，才使用三年半，一週洗約兩次，也放在乾爽的空間，但居然突然就壞了，無法脫水，說要換主機板，至少3000-4000，實在很難認同。以往經驗家中洗衣機都是太老而被淘汰，還沒因為用到壞掉過。後來打來說我過半年，佛心打85折主機板要收我2700，保固半年。只能說三洋讓媽咪都火了，連一顆星都不值

叫個冷氣維修等快一個月沒人要處理，打客服也只會回應會通知維修師傅安排時間，問大約多久也只會說會請師傅打電話跟客人再約時間，自從報修後都快過1個月了，維修師傅的電話也沒接到半通，現在小孩晚上在這種天氣只能吹電扇睡覺！！
這種維修服務態度真差勁！！！連一顆星都不想給
