★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這攤賣蔥油餅的攤子就在新豐高中，靠近歸仁農會那側的圍牆邊，攤子外觀跟大家在夜市或者馬路旁所看到的樣子並沒有多大的差別，最開始看到它的時候，並不覺得有甚麼不一樣的地方，就是"蔥油餅"，很多地方都有賣啊～，經過時不會特地停車買來吃。就那麼一次要回老家，停紅燈，瞄到，除蔥油餅外，還有兼賣冬瓜茶，買四送一。就這樣停車買冬瓜茶，這時看到鍋子裡的蔥油餅之大，真的印象深刻，不由自主地買一片來試吃。它確實有別於一般的蔥油餅，這才意識到"新疆"蔥油餅的特別，雖跟大家的印象一樣，是油炸的，但吃起來酥脆，沒有油膩感，尤其是有種特別的香氣，如果搭配它的辣椒醬也有一番風味。有經過不妨試試。
