1.也許是想要拉近關係或者降低緊張感！？醫生有時候無差別的開玩笑可能會造成患者觀感不佳，還有看診速度過快，有點草草結束的感覺，這些都是可以再改進的。
2.櫃檯服務素質需再加強。
3. 診療資訊沒有交代很好，執行的人不知道病人病症在哪裡，那個部位需要治療。
