★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位置不是很好，仁德交流道本來就壅塞，此站還設在壅塞的大馬路上，每次統聯停車，尤其是尖峰時段，就會造成該路口更擁擠。
此外，我三年來每個禮拜五、日都會在這裡上下車，每次廁所都濕濕的，而且有尿騷味，一家台灣這麼大的公司，這個部分都無法改善嗎？
 The location is not very good. Rende Interchange is already congested. This station is also located on the congested main road. Every time it is parked, especially during peak hours, it will make the intersection more crowded.
In addition, I will get on and off here every Friday and Sunday for the past three years. Every time the toilet is wet and wet, and it smells of urine. Can a company as big as Taiwan not improve this part?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於仁德交流道附近的中山路上，星期五下午在5：30PM左右，就會開始塞車，1月5日原本坐5：35pm的統聯回台北，結果車子慢了一個小時才到站。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給四顆星的原因是因為台中到仁德的班次好少好少，啊~仁德到台中的車都常常不準時，因為是屏東上來的隨路況不同所以常誤點，要有耐心等待，仁德是個小站，雖然舊舊的但冷氣很涼。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒照營業時間營業！坐車前一晚晚上8點多想先來取票發現鐵門是關上的，打電話問客服才知道已經休息。隔天坐車，我們坐早上7:35的車，7點到發現鐵門還是關的，又打電話問客服，說今天7:30才開！官網寫坐車前15分鐘取票，門市人員7:30才到不覺得太趕嗎！結果車子還大遲到，遲到半小時會不會太誇張！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在北上班車都只有到中港轉運站，要到台北得再換車，不再像以前那麼方便，只好到台南轉運站搭車。
Now the only way to go north is to go to the China-Hong Kong transfer station. If you want to go to Taipei, you have to change trains. It is no longer as convenient as before, so you have to take a bus at the Tainan transfer station.
