本會創使於民國七年十月九日，時稱『關帝廟有限責任信用組合』，設立時租賃關廟庄關廟八００番地之方房營業『現山西宮』。 由於『咱的農會』自創立以來，秉持著生命共同體的概念，因此農會所提供農民的服務是全方位的，信用部調整農村資金，發展農村金融的功能，供銷部供應農民農業生產資材、代管公糧等業務，保險部辦理家畜保險業務、農民健康保險等工作，推廣股主要推懬農民改良優良作物品種及技術，使農民達到改良品種增加生產量，提高收益。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我在這買了兩包關廟麵，問收錢的阿姨農會怎麼會沒有發票，她說:「不好意思，沒有發票唉！」，我就走了算了。但是拐過去不遠的道路旁，有一家關廟農會超市，我就也進去看了看，然後問營業的女士，說:「買這邊超市的東西也是沒開發票嗎？」她說:「有啊！」，我說:「那邊農會的阿姨，跟我說她們沒有在開發票的。」，然後，超市的阿姨就補開發票給我了。。。我很納悶，難道是關廟農會門市的人員，故意不開發票給我嗎？還是為了省麻煩？
I bought two bags of Guanmiao noodles here, and asked the aunt peasant who collected the money why there would be no invoices. She said, "Sorry, no invoices!", and I left. But there was a Guanmiao Farmers’ Supermarket on the road not far away. I went in and looked at it. Then I asked the business lady, “Is there no invoice for the supermarket?” she said: "Yes!" I said, "The aunt of the peasant association over there told me that they were not invoicing." Then, the aunt in the supermarket paid me the invoice. . . I'm wondering, is it the staff of Guanmiao Farmers' Association, did you intentionally not invoice me? Or to save trouble?
