★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the three 七里亭 restaurants around the NTU campus. The meal basically includes rice + egg + vegetables + meat + a cup of black tea. The price is a little bit higher than the value of the meal (protein is not enough), but students have 5 NTD discount. Overall is good.

All meals are $100 ($95 if you have student ID).
A medium cup red tea is included with all meals, you can upgrade to another drink and pay the difference, or opt out of drinks and get more quantity for your meal.
Highly recommended this place, the one downside is that there's a lot of students, so it's quite noisy.
Oh and no English menu.

The food is passable but sometimes the restaurant reeks of a weird smell. the price is really student-friendly. There is a variety of food and drink choices so it’s fine to go everyday. It’s really near the campus as well, very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A paper bill can buy you lunch. A tall glass of black tea comes with the dish as a bonus. The diner is taking the owners’ living room as dining area. Rice is sticky n humid. They offer chicken, pork, beef and fish. Vegetarian options are also available. An egg, bean curd and some cabbage are always offered as side dishes. Mind that some of their dishes are made from ready meals which could be easily found on shelves at a supermarket. Try not to ask for flavors and tastes as the prices are low, especially when they target college students from across.
