Wushantou Prince Temple is located in the southwest corner of Hushanli, Guantian District, Tainan City. In addition, the temple, together with Jiaoxiu Arctic Hall, Dutou Arctic Hall, Zhouzi Arctic Hall, and Xinzhongfu Tiangong Temple, took turns to worship a Galan King "Wuzhuang King Lao Duke". The gods to be worshipped are Goddess of Mercy, God of Xuantian, God of Ford, Goddess of Life, etc. It is rumored that there were five brothers with the surname Hu, who took a boat from Fujian to Taiwan. After being instructed, they brought King Galan (Princess Wuzhuang) incense to Taiwan. Unexpectedly, the big wind and waves on the way caused the ship to be hit hard. The brothers with the surname Hu prayed for the protection of the old prince, and said that if they can survive the robbery safely, they will thank the sculpture in gold in the future. Finally, he arrived safely at Guantiandutou Village in Tainan. Later, because the old prince was very effective in the place, the settlements where the five brothers lived also regarded the old prince as the patron saint of the place. As a result, it has evolved into the common belief of the five Zhuangtou, and now every year from the 20th to the 25th of the first lunar month of the lunar calendar, there will be prayers around the border.
