• 櫃檯人員：有時候復健完忘了回去拿健保卡，櫃檯人員也會提醒
• 張醫師：看診時會用模型、上網找圖片跟病人細心講解、給予一些姿勢上的建議，很有耐心不會罵人
• 物理治療師：比較常看到兩個女生人都很好，詢問問題回覆都很詳細，也會教舒緩的姿勢、常常關心病人，令人感到窩心

• Counter staff: Sometimes when you forget to go back to get your health insurance card after rehabilitation, the counter staff will remind you
• Dr. Zhang: When visiting a doctor, he will use models and find pictures on the Internet to explain carefully to the patient, and give some postural suggestions. He is patient and will not swear.
• Physiotherapist: I often see two girls who are very good, ask questions and answers in detail, also teach soothing postures, and often care for the patient, which is reassuring
