★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在店裡買了一個托盤，結帳完看到店裡有更合適的尺寸，都還沒走出店門，馬上問店員能不能換貨或是退貨再買，得到的答案是：“老闆說不能，只能在店裡換同等值商品，或是保留款項下次再來買。”...這樣的消費模式不適合我，後來還是選擇算了，頂多以後不來消費了，去別家買的退換貨機制比較好。
