The taste of pho is ordinary. I almost don't sell it at noon on Sundays. There are many Vietnamese restaurants in Taiwan, so I wouldn't recommend this one. Other Vietnamese guests in the store spoke very loudly and turned on the music on their mobile phones very loudly. The dining experience was super poor.
