★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本為台南縣榮民服務處，縣市合併後改為新營辦公室，大部分職員已到台南市區辦公，僅留兩三個職員辦公並幫忙收案件轉台南承辦人，以服務溪北地區的榮民避免舟車勞頓，該地點市府一直想收去利用，希望退輔會能盡力擋住，不然溪北榮民眷只能跑遠一點辦事了。
Originally it was the Tainan County Veterans Service Office. After the merger of the county and city, it was changed to the Xinying Office. Most of the staff have gone to work in the urban area of Tainan. Only two or three staff are left to work and help to collect cases and transfer them to Tainan undertakers to serve the Xibei area. Veterans avoid being exhausted by boats and cars. The city government has always wanted to take advantage of this place, hoping that the Retirement Auxiliary Association will try its best to block it, otherwise Xibei Veterans' relatives can only run a little farther to do errands.

The environment is clean and tidy. Although the manpower is small, it can still serve the veterans and relatives of Xibei in Tainan City, and has won the favor of many veterans. All issues related to the rights and interests of veterans will be assisted.
