五分鐘就烤好了,運氣好。 店員親切,杏鮑菇多汁爽脆,連豆乾也處理的很用心,鬆軟且入味口感口味都很棒。

只能給一顆星,服務流程糟透了。 因為我提早到店的時候還在準備正在擺,就問店員大概需要等多久?店員說大概15分鐘可以好,我說好,我可以等,於是店員拿單給我填,並說待會再付錢就好。等了15分鐘之後,店員拿著單子跟我說我點的雞腿排還沒好(可能是還沒解凍) 問我要不要換別的?我也老實說,我是衝著雞腿排來點的,所以問了店員我點的其他菜烤了嗎?店員說還沒,我只好跟店員說抱歉,那這單可以不要了嗎?店員說好,我就離開了。 以前在阿伯、阿姨做的時候蠻常來買,雖然後來漲價、人多要等都沒關係,因為好吃。但近一年換年輕人做之後,等待時間越來越久,如同其他人留言,取單順序有時候似乎怪怪的。 店員服務態度沒問題,跟我解釋也很好,只是....這個服務流程真的很差,如果我填完單子先檢查過再告訴我沒雞腿排我可以接受,卻是等15分鐘後才告訴我,而且15分鐘後什麼都沒有弄,說真的,這樣的感受很差。 我想我再也不會去買了,第一個去,等了15分鐘後才告訴我有缺。請好好思考服務流程。

新營燒烤好吃的店家,但是價位不偏宜大概一次就200-300以上,偶而買來當宵夜還不錯。肥腸,洋蔥,杏鮑菇..等都好吃。人多時要等很久,建議點餐後至別處辦事或逛逛再回來取餐。

約八年前,在新營民生路與三民路的轉角處,有著這麼一攤燒烤,而說起這家新疆的創業故事,其實和在台南市保安路上的人氣店家 " 疆 " 燒烤蠻相似的,上茄苳賴老闆白手起家、娶大陸新娘、同為新疆燒烤口味,連生意蒸蒸日上、突飛猛進的氣勢都很相像。 一路走來,我看著老闆從穿著汗衫到夫妻訂做制服,一個烤爐新增成兩個爐灶,每逢週六夜市就請工讀生、拿號碼牌,大排長龍,儼然成為新營舉足輕重的燒烤店,後來遷移到民生路斜對角上。 儘管後來為了避免客人久候,有些品項改為先炸後烤,口感上難免有落差,不過口味上依舊美味。我超愛它家的雞腿排跟米血、雞皮、七里香、好多好多⋯
