在因緣際會下家族集資，剛起初在做基礎建設時，沒有人看好，更有人偷笑說瘋子，這種地方是什麼人會到這裡來玩呢？慢慢的把已沒有栽種的牧草田改為遊樂的場所，牧草田旁恰好有台糖五分車鐵道經過，後面有一條灌溉用的嘉南水圳支流，經思考利用其鐵道旁建造日式原木車站，也就是搭乘懷舊之旅的終點站

Feeding the animals is a lot of fun and the kids love it! The venue is clean and there are many places to play and dine! If you go to play on weekends, you have to go out early, and the parking space is limited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At "Milk Cow's Home", lots of fun for the kids to feed animals, and to see antique items from Taiwan's history. The chance to hold and feed small frogs, chicks and rabbits, too. There are also a couple of the harmonic water basins that you have to rub at the correct tempo to "make the water dance".
The only downsides are that the place is not as clean as it might be, and some of the animals are not kept in the best of conditions. Also, you need to pay additional money for more animal food, though some is included with standard entry.
It is awkward to find, even with a SatNav (last trip, the road was blocked by construction) though of course you can travel there from HsinYing using the small train instead.
We have been there several times, as it is only a short motorcycle trip from mother-in-law's home.

Instead got an old toy exhibition, make cracked lunchables pizzas, walked through a traditional Chinese setting while Beethoven's Sonatina in G major played, fed some petting zoo animals, touched a duck, touched a rabbit, rode an overcapacity toy giraffe, and then ate said cracked lunchables pizzas. Most confusing 90 minutes of my life, would do again.
