★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雙貓的炒意麵很好吃，可以炒鱔魚，但如果不敢吃的話，可以請老闆改炒花枝或是肉絲，味道也都很棒。不過嚴格來說他們的炒意麵並不是用炒的，而是用燴的，也就是將食材先炒熟並勾芡，然後淋在燙過的意麵上。這樣才不會讓麵爛掉，有別於我們對炒麵的認知。這似乎是台南一帶的做法呢，在附近也有幾家炒鱔魚或是炒花枝意麵的店也都是這樣的作法。雙貓除了吵意麵之外，也有提供熱炒，但是我們只有點過他的炒意麵，不過看到其他人大快朵頤的樣子，我想應該是不錯的吧。

This seems to be the practice in Tainan, and there are also several shops nearby that have fried eel or fried noodles. In addition to noisy pasta, Shuangmao also offers stir-fried pasta, but we have only ordered his stir-fried pasta, but seeing other people eating up, I think it should be good.
